Human & Work supports a young and talented sailor, Morgane Ursault Poupon, at the start of the 2022 edition of the Route du Rhum, the Atlantic crossing between Saint-Malo and Pointe-à-Pitre.
Morgane will be one of the 7 women out of 138 skippers to take the start of this mythical race on November 6. She alone embodies the values that Human & Work defends and implements on a daily basis:
- Excellence, because ocean racing requires rigor, tenacity, and above all, a constant desire to surpass oneself.
- Boldness, especially in having the desire to impose herself as a woman in a sport that is still essentially male. What better example could there be to illustrate the fight we are waging for professional equality between men and women?
- Finally, solidarity, because the individual success of a skipper, as in any company, is also the collective success of a team.
