Human & Work Group appoints Aurélie Judlin as Managing Director of EQUILIBRES, a leading player in diversity and inclusion at work.
- Human & Work, the European leader in human resources consulting, announces the appointment of Aurélie Judlin as Managing Director of EQUILIBRES.
- EQUILIBRES, a key player in the implementation of equality at work, has been working since 2005 with companies in all sectors of activity and public organizations to anchor diversity and inclusion in their work realities.

Aurélie Judlin, 42 years old, Managing Director of EQUILIBRES
Graduated from ICN Business School in 2003 and from the Institut Français de la Mode in 2005, Aurélie joined Models Group in 2004 as Department Manager / Business Development Manager, before becoming Agency Manager and then Deputy General Manager. She then became Associate Director of AJ2H Conseil in 2013 before joining Décideurs – Leaders League in 2014 as Managing Director of the Event Department. She then joined the Coaching Academy and received her professional coaching certification in 2015. In 2016, she joined Stimulus, an occupational psychological health consulting firm member of the Human & Work group, as Development Manager. She was then appointed Director of Operations in March 2019 before continuing this activity at the Human & Work group level as of September 2019. She is appointed Managing Director of EQUILIBRES in September 2022.
