For several years now, we have been working together on an ambitious positive impact project, now embodied in our Mission Statement:

Mission-driven companies

In July 2023, Human & Work and all its French subsidiaries, Stimulus, Nexmove, Equilibres and Talentis, obtained the status of mission-driven companies.

Becoming a mission-driven company means amending the company's articles of association to include its mission and its social and environmental objectives.

It also means creating a new governance body, the Mission Committee, responsible for overseeing the execution of the mission.

Finally, it means being audited every two years by a body responsible for verifying that our objectives are being met.

By taking this significant step, we have anchored our mission in our identity, and we invite all our stakeholders to get involved with us.

On the occasion of our first year as a company on assignment, we are pleased to present our first assignment report.

This document marks an official stage in this process, but above all it symbolises the formalisation of a carefully thought-out, coherent and mature process. This report illustrates our initial successes and the first steps we have taken thanks to the commitment of our teams and the trust of all our stakeholders.

Preserving the planet's natural heritage

Preserving our natural heritage is also one of our corporate responsibilities.
Convinced that our organisation has a central role to play in achieving the objectives of COP 26 and that its development must take place in a context of sustainable development, we have introduced environmental concerns into our internal management system, in order to reduce waste, resource consumption and our negative impact on the environment.
